Cascadero Copper Corporation (the "Company") has closed a first tranche of 8,295,000 Units of its non-brokered Private Placement of up to 20 million Units for total proceeds of $829,500.
The private placement is subject to regulatory approval and, in accordance with Exchange policies, finder and agent fees may be payable on a portion of the funds raised.
