Cascadero Copper Corporation has received approval for the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the term and price of warrants set to expire February 13, 2015. Under the approved amendment the warrants are extended by two years and will now expire February 13, 2017. The warrants have also been re-priced from an exercise price of $0.25 to $0.05.
With the amendment comes a Forced Exercise Provision: If the closing price for the Company's shares in $0.0625 or greater for a period of 10 consecutive trading days, then the warrant holders will have 30 days to exercise their warrants.
