Mr. James Clucas has submitted his resignation as a director of the Corporation citing personal reasons.
The Cascadero Copper board of directors has accepted Jim's resignation. We valued and appreciated all of Jim's work and considered input for the decisions that we arrived at during the past several years. Our best wishes are with him and his family.
