Cascadero Copper Corp has informed the TSXV Exchange that it is withdrawing its application for a Relief Style Financing, which enabled, subject to Exchange approval, to initiate and complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 16,666,666 Units at C$0.03 per Unit for gross proceeds of $500,000 which was announced in a Company news release dated August 29th 2013.
