Gold Fields Sudbury Exploration Corp (Gold Fields) has advised Cascadero Copper Corporation that it will not proceed with the Marble Mountain Option Agreement. Gold Fields drilled five (5) core holes for a total of 1,010.84 metres. Four core holes tested Pyrite Hill and one core hole tested the Calcite Zone. Gold and copper assays from all drill holes are below expectations.
Cascadero Copper Corporation has provided Notice of Termination under Section 14.1 of the underlying option agreement to the Optionors of the Marble Mountain Agreement dated January 31st 2011. The termination is effective November 30th 2012.
