Mr. McWilliam has worked for over 25 years in the securities and related industries in research, corporate finance, consulting and underwriting capacities with a focus on the resource sector. He has also managed exploration programs for junior companies in Newfoundland and Mexico in his capacity as president, chief executive officer and director. Since 2002, Mr. McWilliam has been a director and CEO of Stealth Minerals Limited, the principal shareholder of Cascadero. Mr. McWilliam is responsible for the principal operational direction of the day to day operations of Cascadero.

Mr. Clucas was the Chief Financial Officer of Inco's Canadian operations until 1984 and has been involved in the development of several mineral deposits, including the Snow Lake Mine (High River Gold Mines), Montana Tunnels (Pegasus Mining) and the Fenix Project (HudBay Minerals Inc.). He was the founder of International Nickel Ventures Inc. which acquired and developed the Santa Fe/Ipora Nickel Laterite deposit in Brazil. Mr. Clucas is also President of Search Minerals Inc.

Mr. Denega is presently a consultant in the areas of personal and corporate tax planning. Mr. Denega was formerly the Senior tax Partner with Ernst and Young, Chartered Accountants from 1978-1997.

Mr. Haag is a Chartered Accountant consulting on international business structuring and fiscal affairs.
