The Cascadero Copper property consists of 109 claims in the Toodoggone River region of north central British Columbia. The claims consist of 1,315 units and cover an area of approximately 32,875 hectares. The claims host 22 mineral prospects and showings, eight of which are being prepared for diamond drill programs. The drill targets are bulk tonnage copper-gold porphyry propsects similar to the Kemess South mine and the developed Kemess North deposit. Cascadero owns a 100% interest in the claims, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty. Cascadero issued 24 million shares to Stealth Minerals Limited (74.8%) in consideration for the purchase of the property.
